We are always excited to see our team members get recognized for their outstanding job, and it’s even more exciting to have four of our team members get recognized. It’s not an easy task to become an Emerald Awards finalists, but Megan Vallor, Lauren Reel, Nicole Kellogg and Tyler Patton showcased their abilities and passion to work individually and as team members. Here are the categories they were nominated and finalists in:
Megan Vallor, Property Manager of the Year. Her leadership and continued growth have been the driving force behind Stadium Place’s overall success and continued progress.
Nicole Kellogg, Assistant Property Manager of the Year. Her amazing communication skills, passion and team work have made her an incredible leader and an essential part of Stadium Place success.
Lauren Reel, Leasing Consultant of the Year. Her customer service efforts and willingness to go the extra mile have showcased her commitment to providing a Quietly Awesome experience at every level of engagement.
Tyler Patton, Maintenance Supervisor of the Year. He has shown a strong history of performance success and great leadership to maintain a successful maintenance operations team.
Additionally, Stadium Place is also a finalist in the category of New Development of the Year. And we want to dedicate this nomination to our amazing team members and everyone at Pillar Properties who made this possible.
This annual awards presentation, sponsored by the Washington Multi Family Housing Association (WMFHA), honors the top performers in the apartment industry in the Pacific North West.

It’s a long road to becoming a finalist and we couldn’t be more excited to see them recognized for all they do. After submitting written information about their work, they were interviewed in person by a judging committee. Only the best make it to the finals.
They are each going against four other finalists for their individual category. The Emerald Awards Ceremony will be held next Thursday February 12, and we will know then if they are the winners or not. In our minds, they are already winners and we are happy to have them in our team.
