Oh what a night! With the 49ers in town last weekend, Century Link Field had quite the showdown. Our beloved Seahawks made us proud as they put the 49ers to shame in a game featuring lightning storms and amazing touchdowns!

The highly anticipated NFC West showdown between the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers was a one-sided rout. Read ESPN’s review here.

We love supporting The Hawks and the festivities all around Pioneer Square.  We showed our support for the Hawks by hanging our 12th Man Truck on our crane 28 stories above Stadium Place!  Can you believe that view?

From a viewing party at The Nolo, to pre-game festivities, we had a great time!

This has been a pretty exciting time for Stadium Place. The Nolo is now open and our residents are moving in. And we just celebrated the ‘topping off’ of The Wave.

Topping off is a construction term and it means that the concrete has been poured all the way to the top of the building. This is a major milestone in the construction process and our team was proud to celebrate!
